Transport Service Options
Standard Transport Service
Our standard transport service is designed to provide reliable and cost-effective motorcycle transportation.
This service includes:
- Collection within approximately 10 days
- Delivery scheduled in line with our transport routes and availability
- Flexible scheduling based on our operational planning
- Safe and insured transportation
Please note:
- Collection and delivery are planned around our transport routes
- Specific times slots are not always available
- Photos or videos are not included within this service
- Communication is limited to booking confirmation and delivery scheduling

Premium Transport Service
Our premium service is designed for customers who require a higher level of scheduling flexibility and communication.
This service includes:
- Agreed collection and delivery dates
- Time-specific bookings where possible
- Priority scheduling
- Photo and video updates during collection and delivery
- Enhanced communication throughout the transport process inc live tracker
Premium transport is priced separately due to the additional administration, planning and route allocation required.
Our Standards
Regardless of the service selected, every motorcycle is transported with the same high standards of care, professionalism and attention to detail. The difference between our standard and premium services relates purely to scheduling flexibility, communication level and additional administrative services, not the quality or care of transportation itself.

Premium Service Upgrade
Our premium service upgrade is available from £60 per booking and includes priority scheduling, agreed collection/delivery dates, enhanced communication, photo/video updates and live tracking updates.
Pricing may vary depending on distance, location and scheduling requirements.
Premium triggers:
- Specific day requested
- Specific time slot requested
- Regular updates / photos / videos required
- Out-of-hours coordination required
Dealer Payment Terms
As a small independent business operating with one driver and one office administrator, payment of dealer invoices within 7 days is an operational requirement for us in order to run efficiently and meet ongoing business costs.
Vehicle transportation involves significant day-to-day operational expenses including fuel, specific motorcycle transit insurance, maintenance, route planning and scheduling. Prompt payment allows us to continue providing a reliable, professional and efficient service to all customers and dealer partners. We will send invoices via email once transportation has been completed.
